We are committed to delivering high-quality digital programs, courses, and coaching experiences. Since all our offerings are digital or delivered online, please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we follow a strict no-refund policy once access is delivered.

However, refunds may be considered ONLY in the following rare situations:

1. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same product due to a technical issue, we will process a full refund for the extra payment.

2. Technical Payment Error

If the payment is deducted but you do not receive access after 24 hours, and our team verifies the issue, a refund may be approved.

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind
Completing the course and requesting a refund
Not wanting the product after receiving access
Misunderstanding the nature of the digital product
Forgetting to use or access the content

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

For One-Time Digital Products

Cancellations are not applicable once access/login details are delivered to your email.

For Coaching/1:1 Session Bookings (If Applicable)

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
If cancellation is requested within the allowed time, the session may be rescheduled, not refunded.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.

For Subscription-Based Services (If You Add Any in the Future)

You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
